About AOTGraph
What is AOTGraph?
AOTGraph is a FREE tool built with the goal of making a visual representation of Zoom Meeting or Webinar Attendee Report easy for Zoom account owners.
AOTGraph takes the Zoom Meeting or Webinar Attendee Report that is hard to read and transform it into over time graph that everybody can look at and understand.
The project, led and maintained by the Zohar Amihud & Amit Amihud, was released publicly in Jun, 2022.
Why you need to use Attendee Over Time Graph?
Zoom Meeting or Webinar Attendee Report displays details about each attendee, such as when they joined, leave, total time in session.
An Attendees Over Time Graph (AOTGraph) is a simple line graph that shows a pattern of number of attendees change over time – it shows unique attendees increases and decreases as time passes in a webinar session.
From Attendees Over Time Graph (AOTGraph) you can learn:
- When participants first arrived
- How many attendees were online minute by minute
- When the “pits” (dropouts) occur that make participants leave the session
- Is there a pattern? linear, exponential or may be oscillate
- When they left early
Then, ask yourself: What set of interrelationships may be driving the behavior you’ve see in the graph: change of speaker, Q&A session, playing a video, technical issue, sale speech, inappropriate content?
Sync the Attendees Over Time Graph with the content (recording) to learn more about your virtual event.
