Process

This site provides graph for Zoom attendees, minute my minute.

Before you upload the attendees file, it’s important for me to be clear: I have NO need or interest in the data of the participants in your webinar: not their names, not their emails, not their phones, not any other details you requested in the registration form.

To produce the attendees graph minute by minute, the data needed is under the heading Join Time and under the heading Leave Time. You can delete everything else. But, pay attention! Delete the contents of the cells. DO NOT delete columns, DO NOT delete rows.

  1. Download Zoom Attendee Report (CSV format) from Zoom web portal
  2. Drag & Drop or Upload Zoom’s attendee CSV file to AOTGraph here
  3. Wait few seconds to see the graph
  4. Right click when your mouse is over the image, Save image as…
