However, this data is difficult to read and is not convenient for someone who wants to quickly see when participants joined or leave the meeting or webinar and much more. Why

1. Upload Zoom’s attendees CSV file

Wait, before you upload the attendees file, it’s important for me to be clear: I have NO need or interest in the data of the participants in your webinar: not their names, not their emails, not their phones, not any other details you requested in the registration form.
To produce the attendees graph minute by minute, the data needed is under the heading Join Time and under the heading Leave Time. You can delete everything else. But, pay attention! Delete the contents of the cells. DO NOT delete columns, DO NOT delete rows. Download and see sample csv file.
